Dinner Fundraising Event

We need your help!  Please sign up and join us to organize a great event!

Committee Duties

SUE and KARIN

ENTERTAINMENT

  • decide what the entertainment will be--cocktail hour & during the event

  • research the entertainment

  • plan for the needs to be met for all entertainment

  • plan where in the program they will be

  • entertainment includes “live” and “canned” entertainment  (ie music played during dinner from an iPhone play list)-HEATHER 

 

OPEN

DECORATIONS

  • Decide to obtain table napkins including color choice or just obtain decorative napkin holders and purchase, pass off to Roche for set up

  • Welcome/check in areas, table coverings, flowers? Or? free standing displays, wall art as permitted 

  • consider the entrance decor, auction podium, bar area 

  • determine who will make/order the decorations

  • Help the silent auction committee with enhancing auction tables

  • plan needs for set-up (work with other committees - Silent Auction, Live auction posters)

  • determine number of workers needed

  • facilitate the set up 

  • facilitate the gathering of SIFRI provided decor

FOOD

  • ​decide the menu for the food stations

  • communicate with Ashley the Event Coordinator at Roche

  • Dessert: determine the ‘what’ facilitate the process, deliver to Roche for presentation or serving

BEVERAGES/BAR

  • ​organize pick up and delivery of donated wine

  • organize drink ticket creation/distribution - Discuss with Ashley for best process.

  • need scribes with printouts that ensure legibility to accurately count the paddle raises

  • NO tableware bussing, wipe down, washing etc.
