March 15 - Colleen Clancy is the coordinator of the Island Neighbors program for the Joyce L. Sobel Family Resource Center here on San Juan Island. Island Neighbors matches aging or disabled islanders who want to continue living at home with volunteers who help with needs like transportation, grocery shopping, getting out for social events and companionship.
